Refund & Return Policy for Digital Products
Since all items sold on Callimood are digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the payment is completed. Digital files cannot be “returned,” therefore all sales are considered final.
Please make sure to review the product description, preview images, and file details before completing your purchase.
Refunds may only be considered under the following cases:

The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

The file delivered is different from what was described or shown in the listing.

Technical issues prevented file delivery (we will resend the file manually).
